Bad service
I placed an order on 12th, last week. The order has not been delivered. I called the call centre and I was told different stories. Firstly the store that packed the order took long to hand it over to the courier. Now it is the courier because I live in a remote location. I was not aware Kimberley is considered remote.

01 Apr 2025, 16:53I finally received the order. The shoe box looks like it was in world war 4 but luckily the shoes survived. I can not say the same about the mug, it was broken. I returned it to the kimberley pavilion store, they were off line. Can you pleaee just remove it from the order as returned. I can not go back. I am happy with the other items.
