bad service
Mr price has still not refund my funds back
since the 12\12\2019 and i have order online on the 29\11\2019 i have never received my clothes i have ordered for my children i spoke to MLawrence a team leader at the Mr. price customers care call center which is promised me my refund in 24 hours after i have sent her my bank statements she advised me that they finance department is close and will be opening on the 06 on January after i have been requesting my refund from the 12\12\2019 this is very unprofessional as a big clothing brand , Sunday will mark a month that am waiting for my kids clothes a whole month
