Bad Service

The service is pathetic, i called them 4 weeks ago to get a prescription letter as my account is more than 6 years and was told the account is with ECS *** i called them and was told its not with them, i called Mr price again and didnt get help, i tried ECS today and their lines arent going through and now my life is on hold as i cant even do anything as the NCR systems need to be updated, its just this pathetic Mr Price
