Bad service

We couldnt get sxhool shoes for my son in the place we live in so we ordered shoes online on the 15th of May, according to delivery date it will be delivered on the 19th of May. After calling and calling and calling and waiting, it is now the 24th of May and i haven't received anything yet and according to the detailed tracking system, the shoes went out on the 20th to be delivered. I had to keep my son out of school for a day because he gets into trouble wearing a tracksuit. My airtime is being used as i need to constantly keep calling to find out what is happening. Everyone is saying the same, "its at the depo, it will most probably be delivered tomorrow or the day after that". This is unacceptable. I need my things asap!!!
