BAD SERVICE

I have a complain about Mr price mall of the junction Johannesburg store i went to the store to collect my online order when i got there there they said they can not assist me as there have load shedding. I am inconvenienced as the customer. Whats the point of purchasing online with store collection and its not convenient. I called the contact center but the lady hung up twice and said she there is no line manager to speak to. the agents are so unprofessional and rude and do not value us as customers. I am so upset and disappointed in there is no assistance online and in store. Not to mention their complaints email adress is invalid
