Bad Service

I went to Mr Price at the Dlamini Junction which recently opened up in Soweto. I went for a refund on particular clothing item which I was not satisfied with. I opted to exchange but then later decided that the refund would be best suited. When I asked for the refund the cashier said she does not have cash at her station for a refund, but eventually she asks, who I assumed is the manger and the manger responded to her in Zulu saying that the cashier must just say to me that refunds are offline thinking I would not understand. Anyway, I decided to just exchange because I did not have much of a choice. When I left the manager lady just dismissed me rudely giving me looks. For a new branch you would expect them to be on point but all were showing little to no professionalism.
