Bad service!!!!!

I placed and online order on the 31st of March 2020 the delivery never made it in time for my son's birthday which was on the 8th of June 2020. So I canceled went into a store an bought him birthday clothes I canceled the order my refund is still not deposited back into my account when I call the call centre all they can tell me it's been canceled nothing else I will never do bussiness with Mr price online poor service and *********** employees
