Bad service

I am really ****ed and disgusted by the level of unprofessionalism that you handle queries and the turn around time to resolve and keep the client informed at all times . On the 20th of May I made an online purchase that did not reflect in my app (mr price app ) and I did not receive any notification none whatsoever but the money went out of my account . I then did a follow up on the matter and they promised to resolve it ,however that did not happen I don’t know how many times I have exhausted my airtime trying to reach out to you in vain , every consultant I spoke to you said the matter is being attended and they have escalated it to the relevant department.
