Bad Service
How can a company send out your order is ready for collection and then when you arrive that the order out the place it in front of you and tell you the order has been canceled. The order was placed on 02.01.2020 and they said order has been canceled in Oct 2019.
This cost me petrol driving up and down! And this is not the first time all you get is sorry.
