Bad Service

I bought clothes at Mr Price Thembi Mall Saturday 31 October, and they were wrong size since I stay at Norkem Park I went to Birch acres on Sunday since its closeby, It was the worst service ever. I misplaced the receipt, The clothes had tags as it was returned the following day but i was told they running a special and cant assist. I had to drive from home and stand in a long que just to be told they cant help. They said its because they running special on ladies clothes when you buy value over R200.00 you get a perfume, I bought clothes over R1000 and I was never told nor received any perfume, their customer service is the worst they called a manager who also told me that they cant help.
