I went to @R55 mall to take out my layby yesterday and the answer I got after standing on a queue that the system is down for laybys only and when asked them to cancel the layby and give my money back they told they can't do that as well , I must come back tomorrow no apology ,nothing ,they just looked at me as if was the wrong one. now I must use my money again just to check if the system is working now . what a bad customer service ever

Am here again n waited for 2 hours n they wrote a piece of ppl that they are offline, am using my money to come here everyday n no one seems to care
