Bad service

I am not happy, about the help that I received from Mr Price table bay when I went there on the 27th of February 2021. I got there to collect the my laybye the lady Jamie lee Japri who was helping me came.and took my number took my number and disappeared for 30 minutes then the manager came rudely threw our money that was on the counter waiting to pay rubbed the sale. At that time the lady came back and asked for my lay bye number again and i asked what she was doing for 30 minutes and she said she was looking for my lay bye. The manager Brian came and we asked him what his employee was doing for 30 minutes without a laybye number and he was rude I them asked him why he was taking us for a joke. We then gave the lady my lay bye number again and she went for another 30 minutes so we spent more than an hour in the shop. When I told Jamie I was going to put in a complaint she rolled her eyes and told me ho tag in the complaint which made me believe that they get away with treating customers bad.
