bad service

i went to mr price kerk in Johannesburg to collect my online orders on 2020-06-08 11:30 all the cashiers were on the desk i told them that i was there to collect my orders they look at me as like as was lost the told me that they are offline i have to come back during the week they have been offline for a week they dont know when they are going to be online , i told the that i only want to collect the box they told me it cant be done , and they said next i had to call the call center and the consultant advised me to give phone to 1 of them which i did after she was done with the call she throwed the boxes at me
