Bad Service

I went to Mr Price Centurion on the 25-08-2021 go there 10 minutes before 6pm.

I picked out clothes for my kids and went to the tills when I was at the till I was assisted by Kagisono, I wanted to layby those clothes and I was told I can’t layby after 5pm the layby system closes at 5pm.The cashier next to her started laughing which I took that I was being **** to.

Kagisano left me standing by the till. Kagisono was very RUDE and unprofessional. I called her back and asked her to keep the items I have picked up as I come back the following day. She took the clothes and put them in a cupboard and took off her cap and said you will remember my face neh? I asked for her name she said Kagisano and walked away the lady on the next till burst out laughing again.

Im not sure if I was taken for a fool or if I was bothering people that were preparing to live for home with my shopping. I feel like if I was told in a professional manner that I cannot layby after 5pm or if they told me that I would take long and delay them.

To Mr Price: The store closes at 7pm why is that layby closes at 5pm? Can we buy on account after 5pm? Please put it up on the website or on the window display to avoid such disappointments. Disappointed and hurt
