BAD SERVICE.

I recently purchased a pair of boots from Mr Price in Shelly Centre, my boots were not even 2months old and the bottom part of the heel just came off as I was walking. I read on the Mr Price site that there is a guarantee on shoes of 3 months. I went to enquire at Mr Price and a lady there told me that I could bring the shoes back for an exchange. Firstly, the lady and guy who helped me when in took the boot back for an exchange (managers or Area managers) were rude and told me that they do not keep dockets in store as I did not have the receipt anymore. Secondly, they told me that if the boot has been reduced I will have to take something of that reduced amount and that they are doing me a favour by doing the exchange for me. I feel ****** because I bought the boot at the price of R249 and I had to take a shoe that costs R159. I am deeply disappointed at their customer service and mad. Their service was horrible, it could have been handled better. I want my money back!
