bad service

i went to Mr price in boulder shopping center and the service i received sies man ....the staff there they behave like they are at home not at work ,i asked myself your im i an account hold .when we are treated like nothing by your staff ..i got to Mr price at 1 and i left the store at 1:50 ...standing on a queue......how is that a service . One of the cashier decided to leave the till and answer the phone ...when i asked who is the store manager she did not answer ,i had to ask three time before she answered .
