Bad service

I'm very disappointed by the way I was treated, I visited the Mr price store 30 Sept @17:35pm regarding a price mistake that was made by one of the staff. I asked for the manager Ilisa but I was told by Andiswa the risk manager she's in a meeting. Then Lauren the assistant manager came out to say Ilisa is on a break. I do understand that staff have to take breaks but why lie to the customer in the first place. I would like to be contacted as I'm not going to leave this as is.
