Bad service

Good day, we ooen a new account and on approval bought items at Cape Gate Mr Price Home to ad up to a certain amount to qualify for a discount, the cashier told us this is not applicable to marked down items of which was never explained to us. I phone the new accounts department on which a gentleman told me he cant do anything, i asked him who can help, he then just dropped the call... As a new customer i never expect this humiliating and unprofessional behaviour, i would like this issue to be addressed.
