Bad Service

Today i am so heart broken I ordered clothes online and when I have to pick up My clothes they told me they do not see my order at Protea Glen Mall I calles they told me. My order is not there only to find out they returned my other back to the warehouse I had to make follow up's to check my items that is where the called me again to tell. Me they returned my other my heart is broke would like a refund to my account I have to reorder n the sizes are finished
