Bad Service

Got a gift for my birthday and only to find out the item was small, i requested a slip from the person who bought it for me. She send it via whats app and i had to make a copy and went to Mr Price to do an exchange, i was told they wont be assisted as i have a copy of the organial slip. Precious was called and told about an original slip or email ,i had to explain to her my issue as it was a gift but yet they refuse to help me. I am really disappointed with Mr Price with such terms and conditions. I am a store manger in one of big retail companies and one thing i know is either you have a copy or if you don't you can retrieve a slip on a customers before for as long they remember the date.
