bad service

I received a very bad service today at Mr price Pretoria cbd at Andries street. I went there to payout my laybye, they kept me waiting for more than 30 minutes while other customers who came after me got their parcels. The cashiers gave me a very bad attitude when i was starting to complain. On top of that i forgot my clicks plastic that has cosmetics inside. I went back to the counter to ask that cashier if she didnt see the plastic? She just said no to me and continued taking other customers, she didnt even bother to call security to check on the CCTV footage. I then went to their security, the lady just ignored me like I'm some crazy person. I'm so disappointed i even felt like asking them for my refund, just that i was in a hurry.
