BAD SERVICE

I bought a dress online by Mr Price, i am a 1st time client, i was liaising with a ladys name NONTANDO, i didnt know that the shipping i chose would take a certian amount of days, i then asked if she could please ship it to me quicker as its a gift and she refused to, i then called the head office and a guys name Justin helped me, and made arrangement to have my package by me, i collected the package yesterday and only to find out its THE WRONG DRESS!!! LIKE I EXPLAINED ITS A GIFT FOR TOMORROW THAT I NEEDED, now i need to drive back to the store having to WASTE MY PETROL for s mistake that was from your side, this is utter ******* SERVICE i emailed the head office and nobody has even atemped to call me!!!I will NEVER ADVISE ANYBODY TO ORDER ONLINE AS I FEEL IT IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!!! i will not leave this situation like this!!!!
