Bad service

I have been struggling to get insurance cancelled on my account for the last four months. Every time we fax a cancellation form through from Three Rivers branch. I get an sms that is has been cancelled and then I receive an sms later on that I owe R10.50. Then I phone Mr Price and they say it will be cancelled. Now how long does it take to do a cancellation?? Its an on going process for the last four months and I am getting fed up now!!! I would like that money to be credited on my account. Please can someone assit me with the matter. Or I would rather have my account closed with Mr Price.
