I received a call from your contact centre this morning, the lady intriduced herself as nellenie. She spoke to myself about the protection plan. During the conversation I realised I received a call like this and rejected the offer. The advisor turned around to my surprise and I was quite belittle, and said if you knew about the plan why did you let me continue I felt like she owned me I feel like closing my account
