Bad Service

I have been trying to get change an address with Mrp Money to no avail all email addresses eg: ***; ***; ***, no responses from any of the email addresses, contacted *** only to be told to contact service ***, contacted *** , customer agent extremely rude and cut off the call because I asked her if she talks to all customers so rudely. My question is why is it that it is so difficult to get simply assistance from such a reputed Company and why is it that customer agents feel the need to be rude when doing their job.
