BAD SERVICE

Good day<br> <br> On the 23/10/2015 i went to Mr price store in Liberty promenade mall cape town.I was doing my normal shopping but i also had a complaint of the shoe that i bought in less than a week and it was broken the consultant wanted the slip i mtold her i didnt keep the the slip as the shoe fitted me so she called the manager.I waited for more than 20 minutes for the manager to came she never came and this time that i was waiting they were bussy with other customers did even take note of me.I was soo upset i just left the store with the broken shoe.I didnt even want the manager to refund me i was goona show her the shoe if possible exchange it for the same shoe but she never came.
