BAD SERVICE

My husband went to Mr Price East Rand retail in Boksburg and paid my account of R400. Not 2 weeks down the line the phone me and ask me to make payment. The more we trying to explain that we did pay it but we lost the slip and it was CASH payment... sorry we did not receive any payment. We already made another payment but still reflect that it is still outstanding. About 3 weeks ago I received a message stating that they are sorry they did pick up the problem on my account and it has been fixed...... NO it has not been fixed because you keep on sending me messages. NEVER pay CASH. Make sure you pay with a card so that you can go back. I want to close my account with MR PRICE - I AM NOT HAPPY
