Bad service

The experience i got on Mr Price Kerk street was horrible was so angry. I made a lay-be for my daughters so i wanted to take it out and had lost the slip had my id but they said it was old and a bit torn and i understood so the gentleman who was assisting me called a manager called Thabo 1st he was not professional and not willing to assist at all, so arrogant and rude, felt so respected. i asked then if i can go make affidavit to confirm that that was my id. then he said that would be better with an attitude. My experience was so bad please teach your managers to be problem solver not arrogant to always be willing to assist us cause we are your customers .I don't think will shop there again.
