Bad service

I went to exchange at Mr Price in Hlahatsi center and they told me the system is offline when i go to the next store a guy came in a minute after me and they exchanged without habitation. The staff has attitude including the manager on duty Lungile. Whenever you paying they talking to each other as if you not near them customer service training is needed from Management till cashiers. They tend to ask why we buy in different stores it is because of the poor service we get especially from the manager
