Bad service

I bought clothes at Mr price secunda mall this afternoon to the valu of R317. 97. I used my capitec bank card to pay for the items, the speed point machine did not have paper to print the receipt and the stupid cashier told me the transaction did not go through but I tried to show her an SMS on my phone to prove to her the transaction went through. But she told me the bank will reverse the funds. She even made me leave my clothes because the machine did not print a receipt. I think she treated me this way cause I am young and a student. She even had an attitude about the whole situation. Here is the proof that money was deducted from the bank :
