Bad service

Im so disappointed and angry at Mr price Durban west street and work shop,I bought a phone last year late soin a couple months the phone became blank and i went to the west street branch to tell them i about my issue and they said i must go to work shop branch because that’s where I bought my phone,told them i cant go there since i work closer to west street branch,so the lady said she can only call them for me,so she did and they said they cant help me because I don’t have a receipt i told them I bought my phone with my Mr price card they shud have those details it’s been two months nw no response.
