BAD SERVICE

I made a short payment on my account, made arrangements to pay the outstanding amount on April 15. Did that, sent the POP to several people WITHOUT any response. Received an sms saying I ignored the sms and phone calls, they will trace me??? Phoned mr Price, and apparently the problem is with Absa?? How is it possible for a eft payment to take almost 2 weeks before reflecting on my account??? Why sending a sms if the problem is on your side?? I am furious!! Still nou feedback when this will be sorted??
