BAD SERVICE

I had a terrible service at Mr Price; Store Code: 560 Bad service from cashier Lizalisa & Rachel.I received a bad service. The system was offline I wanted to do an exchange. The cashier informed me & I then asked if the was no alternative like a manual transaction. She rep**** by saying that I think I know too much telling her what to do. I then requested a manager, she rep**** by saying that I'm simply wasting my time by calling somebody who was gonna explain the very same thing she just explained. The supervisor Rachel who came didn't acknowledge my preasence nor greet me. She told the cashier to tell me that they offline & walk away. The cashier was not wearing a name badge & when I asked why she was not wearing it she said do you want me to write my name for you!!! The cashier was rude & backchatted me through out the conversation. The supervisor Rachel was called but said she was busy while she was just standing & doing nothing
