Bad service

I got a really bad service from the staff at Midrand, Boulders mall. My girlfriend was trying to buy a R 70,00 T-shirt and when she was making a payment using a bank card, the money went through but it only reflected on the bank site not on the Mr Price side. They told us to leave without the our back or the t-shirt we've bought, come back after 24 hours to claim the money if it doesn't get reversed back to the account. We had to force them to give us proof that we made a purchase so that when the money eventually goes into the account, we can come back and take the item we bought. I felt that this was bad service because it isn't our fault that the card declined or whatever happened because if reflected in the bank statement that the money went through but the store manager says it didn't. After all this I feel like we just went to Mr. Price & gave the R 70,00 for nothing. We might never be visit your stores again. Thanks for nothing.
