BAD SERVICE!!!

I ordered on 25/09/2018. I have communicating with the staff at Mr price to enquire when the oder will be delivered at the store but i am very dissapointed with their service

I enquired on 02/10/2018 and was advised by Lucky the order will be delivered lastest 04/10/2018 to my suprise when i went to the store there was no order!! I then sent communication to enquire when the order will be delivered and i was told by Siphamandla on friday.. I then thpught is should ask if the order is at the store and i was told it was not at the store but Lucky told me he spoke to the corriere and that the order will be delivered on 05/10/2018. I then went on Sat 07/10/2018 and there was no order at the store!!!!

Online is supposed to convinient but it is far from it. The staff at mr price sport canal even advised that online orders are a problem. Why does mr price have facility to purchase online but they dont have the capability to handle the wor****!

This morning i have been chatting with Thobile and Siphamandla online that were not helpful, they were ending chats where as i have not responded to their messages.

I am truly dissapointed and i am NEVER nor recommending mr price to anyoner!!!!
