Bad service

Mr Price Francis Baard & Lilian Ngoyi

I get to the front till, tell the assistant what I need and she stats screaming at her collegue 'do we even take leggings back'. Like with an attitude that nearly made me vomit. Why is she even not aware of the store's return policy instead of making a mockery of herself. As if this was not enough she decides to scratch my receipt and write 'canceelled'(does not even know the right wording). I then ask her to give my receipt back and how I am going to use it as is then again with an attitude she says 'But I have already written on it'. Such an appaling service from Mr Price store on Heritage Day nogal
