Bad service

I continuously shop online at Mr Price and purchased an item yesterday for my daughters to wear this Saturday for a function. I called the call center and received no help at all from the consultants was told they can't assist me with my delivery query and there is no management available. The call center was so unhelpful Mr price is a big company and they don't care about their customers or care to assist lesson learned from me to buy elsewhere.
