Bad service

Firstly let me start by asking how does a store manager allow his staff to mop at the pay point while the store is still open and trading and to top it all they have no warning signs where the cleaning is taking place? I really had a bad experience at MR PRICE WATERFALL MALL RUSTENBURG, mopping while I'm waiting at the till point and cashiers already doing cash ups while the store is open, no one acknowledged me untill one cashier spoke to one of the staff mopping to stop so i can pass through, no one greets me and all of them are communicating in Tswana thinking i don't understand the language, one lady went as far as saying to the others i can't come at this time of the day and still be walking where they are cleaning (in Tswana) All i did was keep quiet and finished paying and couldn't wait to get out of that store. Nothing but poor service.
