Bad Service

I placed an order on the 26/06/2018 online with Mr Price,they took my money and they did not bother to state when i bought the item that it is out of stock.I waited for my order but i did not get any correspondence from them to inform me that the product that i ordered is out of stock and they did not do a refund. So i decided to call the call centre today on the 30/06/2018 to find out where my order is they only telling me now that the boots that i ordered are out of stock and they will refund me my money back within 7 days.I'm so disappointed with the service that i got from mr price online the service that they gave me is **** n***.
