Bad service
absolutely shocked with the lack in response i received from MRP help , this is not acceptable at all!!!
I received an sms voucher from Mr Price for R50 off purchase of R350 or more- the store could not activate the voucher on system upon my purchase o R509.96. I have email MRP help on 28/05/18 and followed up with another email on 07 June 18 and have not have any response to date.
I would like the discount reversed on my account asap.
I suggest do not send me these discounts if its going to be a problem moving forward, as my valuable time is being wasted.
