Bad service

At 16:50 on the 25th of November 2017 I was by Mr Price in Parow center. To my surprise the door was already closed, but the security guy at the door refused to let me in whereas he opened the door for a white male and female. I asked what time does the store close, he couldn't answerme he just slammed the door in my face and pushed me aside. I then told him that at the door it is indicated that they close at 5pm but why are they closed at that time. He still couldn't answer. I then asked for the manager and his name, but continued to push me. I really do not like the way he handled the situation. It really is bad service and if this is how customers are treated the we must be made aware. All in all does Mr Price close at 5pm or 4:50pm?
