Bad service

I got a phone on contract from MR PriceMobile October 2015 and unfortunately after 3 months the screen cracked and called their insurance line but the cut the call on my ear 4 times and up till now they have not gotten back to me and when I went to the store to give them the phone I was told to take it back but constantly called them and they never got back to me and I’m still with a cracked screen and I paid the insurance on a daily basis
