BAD SERVICE

Good day. My name is Saiansha Kylene Haribhai. I recently opened a Mr price account in the month of February/March and I am highly disappointed with Mr price and the service they give customers. In June the beginning of the COVID pandemic Mr price listed me as a late payer with ITC for missing one payment even after speaking to the collectors due to a cut salary and short money which EVERYONE in the country had been suffering with. Later on I paid my account in full on time each and every month for the month of AUGUST Mr price stated I was in arrears and double charged me, which I paid before hand from my Capitec bank account which had been recorded on my statement approximately 4 days earlier before the due date. After settling the balance Mr price had told me I had later on went to a Bank to apply for a personal loan to start myself up wanting to get a loan for personal development and to build my name as well.

After getting to a Bank they had advised me that I was in ARREARS WITH MR PRICE and that I showed alot of missed payments to my astonishment I double checked my ITC report on Experian and got a shock to see Mr price had not updated my account that I had paid four days before hand The loan was declined because Mr price is quick to go to ITC to bring your name down but can't get proper people to allocate the payments and update them on time. Never have I ever experienced such a useless company that has such a high name when it comes to the lowest priced clothing and good quality clothing. I later get an SMS from Mr price saying sorry for the account balance being affected and the new balance will be reflecting on my October statement .

This will never bring my credit score up it won't bring my loan to me neither will it get my name of itc I'm disgusted and highly upset at what a degree I had to suffer to not get my loan because of a default error caused by Mr price. I want a response and a letter from Mr price stating that it was a fault on their side on my account and I want to be COMPENSATED for the amount of emotional stress this company has caused me if not resolved I will put this on hello Peter as well as take legal action against Mr price for destroying my name.

Please respond to my complaint as soon as possible as this cannot be taken lightly
