Bad service

I placed online order with Mr. price. Money was taken off card but no order received. E-mailed the first time on 31 August explaining and asking refund. Received one reply of who placed the order me or my husband cause it shows my last order was 5 August. The money was taken off on 22 August as on the statement I e-mailed them. No other feedback received till now. Send five mails no response. Contacted numerous times, no one answers the phones. E-mailed this morning mail came back undelivered. I've had it with Mr price.
