Bad service

I received a terrible service from mr price I regret opening an account there.i wanted to cancel my insurance while it's was still early which I did .i have paid all by debt and then when I went to check recently I found out that I owing insurance when I told them that I did cancel they told me that they can see my cancellation form by it was declined because I didn't state a reason for cancelling.now I owe them if they saw that I didn't state the reason they should have called me or messaged me because comes end of the month they dont forget to send sms but they have failled to call me .I will not encourage any of my frienda and family to open an account there.
