Bad service

I have place an order online from MR Price home for almost R7000. on the 25/11/2020. Delivery was planned for delivery for 02/12/2020. after no delivery I phoned in and this is what happened. According to the delivery company they could not get my address. No phone call was made to ask for assistance. so the order was send back to Durban Mr Price. And order is cancelled from there side and I have to wait 7 days for my money. Mr Price why did you not phone me to tell me what is going on. You will pay back my money today 04/12/2020
