Bad service

I visited Mr Price Sport in N1 City , I waited for more than 5 minutes to be assisted at the till point,when it was my turn to be assisted the lady in the name of Zoe or zowi assisted me, no greeting or smile to the me as a customer, I wanted to purchase a energy drink and tights, she told me the energy drink can not be scanned and I must get another 1, I decided not to take the energy drink, she scanned the tights and when I checked my phone notification it was a differen't amount , when I simply asked why I'm not paying the price on the tag, she shouted at me for being in a hurry and that's what is confusing her or putting her under pressure , before hand I asked her not to swipe my card 3 times as she is damaging my card , and her response was you have not even punched your pin so whats your problem, I feel she is a bad image to Mr Price group and shouldo under go proper trainING to deal with customer. She did not apologise for *****ing from me but instead she asked for my contact details without a reason , I left the R 10 which I guess she needs the most.Worst service ever,,,
