Bad Service

<p>On the 2/5/17 i was the Mr Price store at guguletu sqaure, i got at the door at about 17:40. When i got there the doors where looked and one of the stuff was talking to a lady thats outside, i asked Abongile Thethani whom was speaking to the lady if they were closed yeat and he said YES and he shutt the door in my face. I knocked he came to the door i asked he again about their operating hour and he said the close at 17:30 and he shutt the door again in my face. I than knocked again and i told him that i see on the note of their operating hours they close at 18:00 he than told me that they leave the store at 18:00 and that he doesnt know what im talking about he tried shutting the door butn i managed to keep it open he told me hell call the security cause she knows what time they close. I was shocked and asked him doesnt he work for Mr Price cause i believe the security works for a different company he told me to stay out while i wait for answers from the security. I asked to speak to the Manager and he shutt the door in my face as i was ourside i sore that the stuff was laughing, i pushed the door and came in as the Manager was coming towards the guy. I asked her about the trading hours that show outside and what im currently experiencing she apologised and i did what i had to do at the door. I am not pleased at all with the service i received at Mr Price its one of the worst services ive received in ,y whole entire life. I have never been treated like this before, i mean the are people that are looking for jobs and are so eager in puttiing food on the table for thier families. Mr Abongile Thethu doesnt deservr to be part of Mr Price group.</p>
