Bad service

<p>I went to Mr Price at gugulethu mall to exchange an item i bought the guy by the name of Siya refused to exchange the item for me as i don't have the original till slip but then i asked if i can do a bank statement to show that i did the purchase he refused and said that will not work.I then asked him how come other Mr price shops do it and he said not here by them and then he called the next person on the line while i was talking to him. Bad service i received.</p>
