bad service

<p>went to collect a parcel at Mr Price Golden Arce Cape Town ,got to the branch they told me that my parcel is not there and my email i got is incorrect 15mins later i called the branch and the Manger then advised me that the parcel is there she doesnt know why they told me its not there ,So to me this staff is just lazy to look and its a big inconvience to me and all the manger can say theres nothing i can do but speak to them </p>
